Color Blind

Is it nature or a coincidence?
I’ve often noticed that insects and animals are attracted to plants and flowers of the same colour.
The yellow sunbirds visit our yellow trumpet flowers several times a day. This white butterfly was reluctant to leave the white flowers even though my camera lens was far too close to it for comfort.

God reminded us in the first verse of the first Psalm:

Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of scorners,
but whose delight is in the law of the LORD,
and who meditates on his law day and night.  (NIV)

Renee pointed out rightly: that one of the contributing factors to my downfall into sin a few years ago was precisely because of mixing with the wrong company.

May God continually be our light and may He send good people into our lives to inspire us along the way to eternal life. Amen.      By Ben
